Which size should I get?

Pro Glyde comes in M, L, and XL. Check the size chart image on the product page against your desk and mouse-arm room — as a rough guide, M suits compact desks, L fits most standard setups, and XL is for players who use big, wide swipes at low sensitivity.

Will this work with my mouse?

Glyde pads are designed for standard PTFE or ceramic mouse skates. Avoid glass-on-glass skates, which can scratch both surfaces — PTFE or hardened dot skates are recommended for the smoothest, quietest glide.

How do I clean and care for it?

Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to clear dust and oils — a single speck of grit under your mouse feet can feel like dragging a pebble. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the glass surface. Store it flat, away from direct heat.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered within an estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location in India. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. We currently ship within India only.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shopglyde@outlook.com with a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, the product coming out, and the damage. This is required to process a damage claim — see our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a pad if I change my mind?

We don't accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong variant, so please check the size and color carefully before ordering. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have for a genuinely defective or misdescribed product — full details are in our Refund Policy.
