Return & Refund Policy

At Glyde (www.glydestore.in), all products are premium luxury glass mouse pads. Due to the fragile nature of glass, we follow a strict no-return policy. Damaged glass products cannot be reused or resold.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage after delivery

Damages and Issues (Shipping Damage Only)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds for damaged items are only considered if the customer provides a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video.

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed package

  • Show the product being removed from the packaging

  • Clearly display the damage

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All Glyde products are non-returnable, including:

  • Glass mouse pads

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

No exceptions apply.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges.

If your product is damaged during shipping and your refund request is approved, or you may place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

Currently, Glyde does not offer returns, including under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, as the products sold are fragile glass items and are exempt once delivered in intact condition. Refunds are only applicable for shipping damage with valid video proof.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
